Laura Degallaix, Director of Environmental Sustainability

Laura Degallaix holds a Master’s Degree in Biology (Diplôme d'Etudes Approfondies) from Paris XI University, and an Engineering Degree in Environment from the Ecole Polytechnique of Orléans, France. Laura joined FoodDrinkEurope in 2019. She is Director of Environmental Sustainability and manages the European food and drink industry’s positions in all relevant areas such as the circular economy, plastics and packaging, sustainable food systems, energy and resource efficiency, and climate change, among others.
